To create a Microsoft Teams custom emoji, create the emoji using QuillBot’s free emoji generator and download it as a PNG.
Then, in Teams, make sure your workspace has permission to use custom emojis. If not, an admin can turn this feature on in “Messaging Settings.”
Users should then access the emoji panel by clicking the emoji icon near the message input box. Upload your image file and give it a short and memorable name. Click “Add Emoji” to save it.
